Imagine waking up to unrivalled views over the Firth of Forth, taking a leisurely stroll on the sandy beach accessed through a shared private gate, and wandering into the village to explore all that Elie has to offer each day of your holiday? Location-wise, 4 St Regulus is ideally situated in the heart of the village, a stone’s throw to the beach, a two-minute walk to the golf course, sports club and tennis courts and a five-minute stroll the shops and local pubs.
To access the apartment, you enter via a main shared door which leads to a large, bright entrance hallway (with convenient built-in storage ideal for golf bags) featuring a beautiful staircase you take to reach the upper floor. Once inside, the apartment is exceptionally bright, airy, and spacious with charming rooms, tastefully furnished to make your stay both comfortable and luxurious. You will find a well-equipped south-facing kitchen with wonderful beach views from the dining table, a separate south-facing living room with an enormous comfy sofa, a shower room, and a utility room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, two twin/super king and one king ensuite, a further shower room and games area with table football. But what really sets this property apart is its collection of amazing artwork and its south-facing balcony where you can take in the sea views, breathe the fresh sea air and enjoy an evening drink. Furthermore, if you’re escaping to Elie for an adventure-filled break, the property has its own garden shed, ideal for bike or paddle board storage. The property has internet access throughout.
