Davaar is a magnificent detached house set in a large garden with impressive views overlooking Elie Golf Course (one of the oldest courses in the world) and the ever-changing dramatic scenes of the Firth of Forth.

The house and cottage have been fully refurbished and is presented to an extremely high standard with beautiful, stylish furnishings and has everything our guests need for a comfortable, relaxing visit.

Entering Davaar you are greeted by a fabulous staircase up which are five spacious bedrooms, a further two bedrooms are up a second staircase (annex).  The house has a large dining kitchen, huge lounge and also benefits from a second kitchen, dining and living area which works well as a break out area or for an early supper for smaller members of the family.

Completed August 2024m  Davaar Cottage with is within the vast garden boasts two further ground floor bedrooms, shower room and kitchen/dining/living room. A great space for those wishing a quiet space after a busy day.

Davaar has huge living spaces, flexible accommodation over 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and is perfect for groups from 10 people, in the 5 bedroom house, up to 16 people.
